@nazilampshade

Yes they are LED ufo's. There are a lot better LEDs out there now. I will be posting some new videos soon of 1w led chips vs 3w chips. The performance of the 3w chips shocked me when compared to the 1w.

@jonn8ball
Actual cost in electricity was a bit over 11.00 for 60 days. This provided me with 4 very large broccoli plants.

@guest2424
This is true. My actual intention here was to test out LEDs and the cost of growing it didn't matter to me.

@w8mk
I forgot to mention that everyone who eats what I have grown always tells me about how fresh the vegetables taste. The difference here is that they eat them the same day they are picked ripe from the plants. It really beats the taste of grocery store produce that is usually picked when it is not ripe and then you don't eat for about 5-7 days from when it was harvested.

I believe I used an organic seaweed nutrient for the broccoli. I have tried many types over the years and to be honest their is little to no variation in taste that I can tell.

This is WONDERFUL! I'm looking to start growing indoors, myself. May I ask where you got your equipment from and if you have any recommendations for how to get started? I'm looking for both an economic and space-saving way to grow indoors. (And hoping to, in the future, be able to expand into a greenhouse or some type of winter garden!). :-) Thanks!!
